I am new to investing. I retired out of the military two years ago and I'm tired of just making it, and I have dreams of helping people have affordable housing. I was tempted to pay thousands so that I can learn how to invest properly, but I keep researching because I knew there had to be a better way. I am hoping that this community can help...

We started renting our house in 1975. We have bought and sold many houses since then and moved around the US. I use Facebook about 10 minutes every 2 years in order to get me on a raft trip down the Colorado River through the Grand Canyon.
