Formerly a real estate broker in North Carolina (2002-2008). Currently live in Rockland County, New York and work as a paralegal. I've house hacked my last two primary residences with paying roommates and sublets but now looking to use my equity to buy some rental properties.

I currently own a 2/1. I'm working on a few repairs this summer so I can rent it out and buy another property, preferably a duplex that I can house hack.
