15 years as a real estate agent
Hello. New to investing, have a lot of great plans in my head just need to put them into action. Looking to start with rental properties and move on from there. Looking to learn as much as I can from others who have done it so I'll be more comfortable with my first few endeavors.

Every day I think about how I can get out of the "rat race" and create my own path....
In the heating and air business and recently bought a house to rehab and flip or hold. GC ran off with initial funds to rehab property. Can't give up

I moved back home in 2008 and re-opened my family's house moving business with a partner and are currently 4th generation house...
i am a 47 y/o 100% disabled vet trying to get into multi family housing in the Ft. Myers area or Tampa area.

Back before the bubble burst, I invested in a couple of buy and holds that I did not understand enough about and consequently were foreclosed on. I am trying to get more knowledgeable on the process and I really want to get involved in real estate again.
