New investor relocating from the Midwest to Miami & on the hunt for my next properties. Currently investing in SFR. Also interested in small MFR.
I currently purchase, renovate, and re-sell homes in the Lynchburg Virginia area. I have completed 4 homes, and have cleared around $150,000 gross on these properties to date. I currently do this on the side, and I am looking for more information to get into real estate more heavily.
