I have bought and renovated two town homes and one single family home at whole sale rates and have 95% equity in all three and am considering selling one to raise cash for another deal. So i am building a plan and strategy to be able to trade up to multi-family homes and defer the taxes. I enjoy renovating so fixer-uppers are great.

Hello, I have very little experience with real estate. I've always been interested in owning property and having rental income with cash flow. I would also like to buy my own house as I've been renting my whole life. I have a wife and 2 kids and they are my motivation.
