I am trying to set up an account to be a real estate investor! I am not planning to buy and sell, I am only interested in working with distressed properties and "matchmaking so to speak' investor buyers with investor sellers. I will be doing this for a fee! I am looking for info on LLC's vs S-Corp ... What other protection do I need?
