I'm just a guy that loves real estate. I'm a buy & hold type of guy. I've been a Realtor since 2008 and have been managing properties for other investors for several years. My goal on this site is simply to teach and learn all that I can. Maybe even make a few connections and build relationships with some like-minded people.
Lover of anything outdoors, spending time with my family, anything to do with construction and real estate, the lake and working out.
I listen to almost every kind of music, love watching movies/tv with my wife, and working on my trucks. Those things aren't making me a better person or any money. In fact they are all costing me so I'm ready to put my handy skills and my time into learning all I can about REI.
Ready to take on Real Estate investing full-time. I am just a few more good Buy and hold deals away from that goal. I have been around the business part-time for 10 years.
