I live in New Mexico investing here and in Wichita KS.
In KS we have a property management company, RV Park, 21 rentals and a great crew. In NM we flip SFH homes, develop infill lots with modular homes, AirBnb, Small Apartment buildings and help with local meetups.
Currently work a full time job in the suburbs around Philadelphia. Looking to educate myself on the flipping and buy and hold areas of real estate investing. I have recently got my real estate license and am looking to earn part time income though selling real estate.
