First and foremost I am a proud father o Twin Girls they are everything to me...I am a thinker (over thinker at times) I like to learn new things. I like sports basketball to be exact. I inspired to learn all that I can about real estate in the hopes of becoming good enough to make a living at it.
I (my wife and I) bought a primary residence with land recently and have quickly built up some equity to start leveraging . Looking to buy and hold in the lower mainland (Greater Vancouver Area in BC/ Canada).
My whole family invests in real estate and I am a bit late to the game. Learning alot.
