I know nothing, about real estate and I want to learn. I am looking to get into my first real estate deal because I want to build long term wealth and have some sort of passive income in real estate. I am looking to start with buying a duplex, triplex or quad and becoming a landlord.

I own my primary residence in Chino, a duplex in San Bernardino CA, 1 SFH in Las Vegas, 1 STR in Joshua Tree CA, and a total of 6 units in Tucson AZ and am always looking to learn new things, meet like-minded people, and to hopefully become financially independent through real estate!
