Been in Real Estate for a little bit with the purchase of my first home that I planned on renting out. Stopped for a while because of personal reasons. Got back into the game hungrier than ever because of the time lost. Educating myself more and more through clubs, podcast, and conferences. I have a lot of people to thank;)
I'm a realtor in Portland, ME with a great little family living in Raymond. I have been on the verge of flipping a couple houses, but things have always seemed to go wrong at the last second, so now I'm seeking more education before I jump into investing. Really interested in wholesaling and want passive income properties down the line.
I'm currently an IT professional looking to create a Real Estate investment portfolio. I was previously a mortgage broker in Florida, but did better in IT. I'm here to learn much more about investing in properties and take action.
I've been interested in real estate since 2000 ... I did one wholesale deal in 2004 where I walked away with a $6000.00 check! For some reason I was re-absorbed into the working life... I'm realizing that was a mistake. I would like to get back into wholesaling and eventually buying to hold.
