I have been a Realtor for 8 years, and Associate Broker for 2 years and was a lender for 14 years previously. My investing experience is limited and unsuccessful.

At a time in my life when I should be thinking about retirement, I find myself going down a different path with my daughter and son in law. While in college, my daughter and I successfully ran our own business selling sporting goods for female players. We each have different skill sets, so we can work together without repetition or rivalry....
