Just graduated from college this year. Looking to make my first house purchase as an investment. Have been interested in real estate investing for a number of years now and looking to gain as much knowledge as possible before buying my first propert.
I am currently wasting away in a cubby hole (cubicle); it's time that the capital sitting in my account start earning its keep. I can't wrap my brain around the factors driving stock market but have been able to understand the real estate investment concepts.
My wife and I are deciding whether to stay in Seattle or to move closer to family in the Houston/College Station are of TX. We envision our family using rental properties to create steady monthly income and then in the future to use some of that income to buy and flip homes. I am currently a licensed banker and my wife is a project manager....
