I lied about my age/birthday. Made mistake not flipping (turning over) the vacant land. I held on to it as an investment, should of "held onto the cash and flipped it" but I didn't care, I was glad to have a home and enough money to continue researching, writing and producing art.

My focus is buying my first multi-family property through my VA loan by September 2020. My goal is to own a number of multi-family properties through out the Pacific Northwest, with the possibility of moving up to Apartments.
