I am the executive director of an affordable housing community. I am looking to get into real estate investing. I initially plan to flip homes and move into residential rentals. My long-term goal is a satisfying mixture of both.
Real-estate investor. Set up a Family Trust and a LOC by using the equity in our primary residence, to purchase rental properties. Using our retirement funds for additional investments.
