I am a real estate investor with eleven rental units under my belt. I'm originally from the DC metropolitan area but I am currently living in the Atlanta metropolitan area. I house hacked two of the multi-family deals and I am looking to branch out and start doing BRRRR and fix and flips.
I am currently a full-time corporate trainer looking to build my net worth through real estate investing. In the short-term, I don't picture myself giving up my career to focus 100% on REI, but I would love to get there within a few years! Open to all facets, but not looking to "get rich quick". Would love to find people to help me learn...
Just getting back into the rental game...
Experience:
I purchased my first stand alone home when I was 14.
My mother was into rentals and when I was 14 said "mom, I want to buy a house". She said OK, find one and we can buy it.
I looked in the paper (there was no Internet back then!) and found a 500sqft house...
I am a beginning investor learning as much as I can about renting multi-family houses and funding. I currently have 7 units located in Indiana, PA. I am learning extensively about the apartment investing realm to be able to purchase my first 10-30 unit.
