Hello! My name is Tavoris Lawrence and I am new to the world or Real Estate Investing & Bigger Pockets. I have however been reading up on the subject matter for over eight years now and I'm ready to put what I have learned to work. I'm also eager to gain even more knowledge while making new contacts/friends in the making.
I am a father of three beautiful girls, Commercial Pre-Construction Manager and a Navy Reservist (Construction Battalion). My goal is to slowly build a portfolio of buy and hold multi-family rentals while I work my other jobs. This is challenging but possible right? I welcome any and all advice from the Bigger Pockets community!
I'd rather have real estate over my 401k for my retirement stability.
