I currently work as an architect and do design and permit work for developers- condo conversions, multi-family and single family. My partner and I are planning to start our own real estate and property development company.

Recently retired from the military and gaining college education on the trades to be knowledgeable and able to do the work on real estate properties. Mainly interested in buy and hold and flipping properties. Not sure what else to say, but that is a quick run down.
