Hello and thank you for viewing my page. I am a licensed REALTOR at DeLuca Realty in Wintersville, OH. Alongside being an active agent I also manage rental property. My investment goals are to own primarily multifamily property and one day scale to large apartment complexes.
2019 REI goals: purchase my first investment property before the end June. Ideally this will be a BRRR small multi family that I refi by the end of 2019 and leave little to no cash of my own in the deal.
Long term: replace my current income produced by my wife and I as soon as possible.
