I grew up in Springfield, IL, graduated from Southern Illinois University-Carbondale and moved to Bend in 2001. In my day job, I am involved in process documentation, process improvement and quality assurance.
I am passionate about real estate! I have worked in the industry for 20 years. I am a Managing Partner at Unlimited Funding, a private lending firm, and we offer low-doc bridge, fix-and-flip, buy-and-hold, new construction, and commercial real estate loans to investors nationwide.
I am an investor based in Tacoma, WA. I currently own a tri-plex, which I "house-hack." I am here to learn as much as I can about real estate investing, which is quickly becoming a passion.
