Hi my name is Luis, Im from Las Vegas I been interested in real estate investing after listening to Rich dad Poot dad on my audible. Ever since i am going to start my way wholesaling in real estate. My goal is to have the freedom and financial peace to support others in their goals to become successful and have the confidence to succeed.
As of this November, I can finally say that I am a RE investor! Our family had to move, and we turned our former primary residence into the first of many rental properties. I am now looking at small multifamily homes, and hope to expand the RE portfolio soon.
My background is in sales and have finally diversified my attention into real estate. My goals are to learn about multiple ways to create financial freedom through wholesaling, flipping and the BRRRR strategy.
