Hello, currently active duty and relocating from overseas to the Tampa, FL area. I am new to real estate investing and my goal is to start with a multifamily buy and hold investment within the next 12 months. I’ve been self-educating by reading books, listening to podcasts, and joining the BiggerPockets family.

I was born in Trinidad an Tobago, live in couple of states, I am in Texas now in our new home. I am have a California license, but never used it will expire in June 2018, going to start R.E. school in TX, I want to learn how to flip houses.
