I often see deals and would like to make contacts to finance those deals. For instance, at present I am looking at a Tax Lien property in Mass. with good equity and need to find a funding source to pay off the tax lien and pay the mortgagee a discount on a non-performing Seller Finance Deal to obtain a Discharge of the existing mortgage.
