Full time "Re-habber" . I consider flipper a bad word..So Residential Redeveloper.. I Enjoy every aspect of the deal.... identifying, running the numbers, winning the property, meeting with contractors, completing the job, listing and winning again on the sale. Making friends with the neighbors that are happy with what we've done.
