I started real estate investing 25 years ago with the purchase of a 4 unit building. I didn't add to my holdings until 8 years ago when I started purchasing and flipping single family properties with my brother. We are still buying/holding and buying/flipping properties.

Indiana native living in Chile. Got lucky with an Indiana foreclosure and subsequent rental in '09...and learned (ing) what not to do when renting a house out of state. The rentals i own chile-side are easier to manage, but the returns are lower.
Looking to grow stateside.
