I live right outside the city of Philadelphia. I’ve worked in Emergency Communications for the past 10 years now and I’m trying to take the next step to advance myself and my career in RE. I house hacked with a duplex a few years after I graduated college. I had a pretty good experience but sold, due to relocation. I am looking to get back into rental property investing (buy and hold). I am ready to jump in, just looking for the right deal.
