I am Tresden Berry, from Atlanta, GA and I am 21 years old. I currently have no experience in real estate, but I am trying to change that. I am looking to learn as much as I can from this forum starting with basics in real estate investing to flipping and buy and hold.

I work for a tenant-placement company that specializes in 30-day minimum rentals, managing the accounts of landlords in the LA and OC Area. I am interested in learning more about the furnished rental market, the short-term rental market, and how regulations are effecting both of these industries.
