I am trying to get into RE
I'm a fan of passive income. I'm in Silicon Valley, and invest out-of-state. I like buying multi-family units. So far I have 4 x 2-units, and my goal is to own 50 units by 2030 or earlier.
My wife and I started an LLC to begin investing in real estate. We have goals to continue purchasing properties creating an income snowball that will carry us to more deals. Right now we are working on our second deal. We are (currently) interested in multifamily properties close enough for us to manage independently.
