I am new to real estate but I am excited to learn
Hello. My name is Colby Youngblood. I a 22 years old senior about to graduate and get my undergraduate degree. I have no experience in real estate, however, the idea of real estate investing has been sparking my interest lately. I hope to learn a few things and maybe be successful in the real estate world.
I am an investor who loves the aspect of putting the deals together,the intricacy of bringing the key people of the deal together,that I focus on this part alot and give special care to the relationship part of the deal which allows for trust, so that I could find and bring a buyer to a seller vice versa...
I purchased my 1st home at 23, since then I've had a home built, partial renovation of a home built between 1900-1925 and would like to do a complete renovation.
