Looking for small multifamily, SFH properties in Dfw metroplex TX .
I did ok a long time ago with a couple of flip investments, but have not owned property since 2009. I’d like to get back into the market and am looking to learn about owning rentals since I don’t really need to live in my investments at the moment.
