I purchased my 1st home at 23, since then I've had a home built, partial renovation of a home built between 1900-1925 and would like to do a complete renovation.
I have just retired from the military (Army) and have no experience in real estate other than owning my own home. With some spare time now on my hands I am very eager to learn as much as I can so that may create financial freedom for my family.
I'be always been interested in real estate. I have owned several homes but my investment experience is limited. I had one rental house once but it was rented to family and only for a short while until I was forced to sell due to personal situation. I'm interested in all types of investing. I don't believe it should be a "get-rich-quick"...
