Hi, I'm a software engineer, very interested in real estate investing. I've read most of the books on BiggerPockets and I think it's the best way to learn about real estate investing.

Although I work in corporate finance, I have been associated with the industry for 15+ years. I started my career as a project manager for a small developer. Most recently, I worked at a SFR/MFR property management company in their finance team. I am looking to start my journey as a real estate investor/developer.
