I'm primarily a software developer, but my wife and I invest in rentals to get some side income and hopefully have better retirement options. Somewhat new to real estate, only have a couple condos in Vegas right now. Looking to get better cash flow and diversify the location.
Mike and I live in Kanata. We have 2 grown children and 3 grandchildren. I was born in Ottawa & Mike is from Southwestern Ontario. Mike has already retired and I am a Public Servant with less than 3 years before retirement.
