I currently own a 10 unit apartment building as well as a few mixed use / multi family properties. I am looking to purchase more !

I am a retiree. The only cashflow I receive is from one rental property plus my social security benefit. Would like to buy rental property for more income as the interest I receive from the bank is so little. But since I no longer have a job I believe that I won't be able to get a loan for mortgage from any bank, so I will have to buy cash....
