Hi! I've always lived in an investment house that was being rehabbed to flip and both my parents were REIs. In 2016 I jumped in with my first 10-unit deal. In 2017 I renovated and leased 3 SF rentals. In 2018 I added another 10 units and SF, and then a 12-unit apartment in 2019. Now I'm starting my first new build investment property.
