I am completely new to real estate investing. Highly interested in flipping, and rehabbing and making some significant money by the summer with my partner. Just need to know how to get started, what kind of paperwork and contracts do I need to work with etc. I want to get started immediately.

I am a 26 year old male and have a career now as a HS Coach and teacher. I'm not quite sure that I want to continue with this career. I have recently been trying to find out more about real estate investing, and trying to see if that's something that I could pursue in the near future.
