In 2010, I lucked into buying a duplex in the SF Bay Area as my first property. I had no idea at the time what a fantastic investment that was. Now, I'm looking to expand my portfolio of rentals by purchasing additional rental properties. Since I'm priced out of the SF Bay Area, I've started looking into other areas.
