Well a little bit about myself, I`m Pablo Hernandez 31 year old who`s been in sales and construction for the majority of my adult life. I've always had a special interest in real estate but never really saw it as been possible. But know....No more time for excuses or procrastination.
I'm new to BiggerPockets and interested in making my first investment in a multifamily property. My previous investments include a single family home that became a rental when I moved out of the state and my current home where I rent the basement suite.
While I enjoy my current job and would like to keep working, my medium term goal...

I am a Navy Vet from 03-08. For the last 10 years I have worked for a semiconductor manufacturing company, starting in Phoenix and the last couple years I moved back to the northwest. I have spent the last year plus over-whelming myself with passive income audio books and am now working towards setting up my first rental.
