Business wise: I'm interested in moving from being a part time investor to the owning/partnering in 12 four-unit buildings located in the 5 boroughs. I also want to delve in deeper in tax liens (acquiring 2 properties out of 10 liens annually isn't bad) and overages (refunding the tax lien overages for a fee).
