As an IT Professional, I am just starting out and learning all I can about SFP buy and hold rentals. My goals are to accumulate positive passive cash flow, building wealth, while using the proper tax shelters by understanding tax laws for LLC. I know I have much to learn but love the journey I am on and am highly motivated.

Newbie to REI - looking to buy cashflowing properties. Currently looking at upstate NY and OH.
I grew up in Sydney and have always been interested in real estate. My parents started investing when I was younger and own a number of properties.
