Real estate wholesaling & house flipping has been something I have wanted to do for several years. Now Is the time to get busy! I'm networking with as many people I can to help educate / mentor me & or help fund this business opportunity.
I purchased and held nine real estate multifamily and single family properties in 1999. Because of committment to my regular job and problems with managing the assets, I liquidated the properties in 2004.
I retired from my job in July 2016 and I am now eagerly looking forward to going back to real estate investment.
