I am new to the RE Wholesale side. I would love to connect with ANY wholesalers. I am not a broker nor am I an agent. I am a property owner and I am open to obtaining my license in the near future.
I have been a broker since 1984 serving buyers, sellers, investors and landlords. I also do lending and leasing. I am a property owner and investor.
I’ve been a realtor for 7 years now in Bolingbrook Illinois. I work consistently with investors and also work with regular buyers and sellers. For the last few years I’ve started to flip properties myself that investors have decided not to purchase.
