Hey my name is Ryan. And I bought a house a foreclosure in Michigan and fixed it up. Then lived in it for four years then rented it out for two. Then sold it for double the money I had into it. Now current living in Surprise AZ and have a rental here which is making about 250 dollars cash flow and would like to keep moving forward with more.
