New to Real Estate
I work offshore on ships as a US Merchant Marine (Maritime Academy Graduate). Spend as much free time outside and in the mountains as possible. Long time reader/listener and planning to finally take action. Interested in SFH/Small Multi-family Buy and Hold strategy. Split time between Tahoe and Bay Area (Sonoma County).
