I am 66 years old, a psychotherapist who is MORE THAN READY to get out of the field. I, along with my wife, am a passive investor in 4 apartment deals where we currently are earning a 10% rate of investment. But, I would like to learn to do some real estate investing at the single-family, duplex, or 4plex levels on my own.
