Hi! I'm hanging out more than ever on BP (love it here!) as we're targeting new areas to purchase. Raleigh/Durham, Phoenix/Mesa/Tempe, Charlotte++ and Greenville are next on our list for an appreciating asset we can use as an STR for traveling nurses, etc. So far we've purchased in GA, MS, MN and TN. Excited for 2022!
