Focus is building long term rental property portfolio in Horry county
I'm a newer real estate investor currently based in the Tampa area. I owned a rental property in Orlando and recently completed and sold my first flip locally. I'm looking to expand my network, connect with like-minded investors, and continue growing my portfolio through both rental properties and value-add flips.
I have been a health care worker for over thirty years. Baby boomer here. Trying to figure out what the future looks like with retirement coming up. Very interested in purchasing a beach condo as a rental property. Unfortunately, we don't have 25% for a down payment without borrowing against a 401 or using a home equity line of credit.
