Hello my name is Manny. I worked as a non-licensed leasing agent for a 350 unit property for 5 years and then I took the plunge and became a licensed Real Estate Agent. I mostly worked with retail buyers and that lasted for 2 years, that was roughly 10 years ago! Boy does time fly! I'm considering myself "NEW" to Real Estate this time around...
