I have been a real estate agent since 2004 with various agencies. I started to flip properties in 2011 in the Sacramento area. My wife and I flipped about 52 properties until 2018 when we started build costume homes. We have built 4 homes and working on 2 right now. We are starting a 12 townhome project in Berri, VT later this year.
I'm a newbie landlord that a small real estate investor for future retirement income purposes, and am actively seeking more information and wisdom in this field.
I have a small single-family unit in British Columbia, Canada, and now waiting for the closing of my second purchase. I am, however, still new to all this investing stuff....
Full time General contractor doing some deals part time for the last 25 years. Want to get out of contracting and go into investing full time and use my skills as my nitch to further my investing in buy, fix and hold for passage income.
