After working in NYC, I am now entering the Toledo OH area.
I am a flipper, looking to rehab and sell.
My goal is always to create a win-win-win situation, where the person I buy from is getting paid fast, I renovate and give jobs to the community and in the end sell a good renovated house back to the community.

👉Today, living in a Single Family Home is a luxury.
👉In 30 years, more people will be living in apartment buildings (due to rising living costs), and there will be more demand.
